Third question: Why is there such a difference in cost between offices on facelifts?
This is an excellent question. The answer can be gleaned from answers to questions one and two: it depends who is doing it and what technique they are using. A six-hour surgery under anesthesia should not cost the same as a 30min office procedure. Furthermore, you should not expect to get the same results from these two procedures.
